By accessing or using Stagebly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Stagebly is a mobile experience platform for events. Event organizers ("Organizers") use Stagebly to create and publish mobile event experiences. Event attendees ("Attendees") access these experiences via web browser.
3. Organizer Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all content published through your account.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, when collecting and processing attendee data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
5. Content Ownership
Organizers retain ownership of all content they upload to the Service. By using Stagebly, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier features may be modified at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagebly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
