Content Management

All the content types available in your edition and how to use them.

Info Pages

Info pages hold essential event information your attendees need before and during the event.

  • About — event description, history, and what to expect
  • Rules — what attendees can and cannot bring, code of conduct
  • Access — directions, parking, public transport, accessibility info

Each info page uses a rich text editor. You can add headings, lists, links, and images.

  • Upload a photo or paste an image URL
  • Add a biography manually or use AI-generated bio — Stagebly will write one based on the artist name and genre
  • Link to Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram, or any URL
  • Artists are automatically linked to their schedule performances
  • Drag to reorder artists in the list

Schedule

The schedule is organized by stages and performances.

  • Create stages — e.g., "Main Stage", "Tent", "Workshop Area"
  • Add performances — select an artist, set start and end time, assign to a stage
  • Day views — multi-day events are automatically split into day tabs for attendees
  • Changes go live instantly after publishing — update the schedule at any time if there are last-minute changes

News

Publish articles to keep attendees informed before and during the event.

  • Rich text editor with images, headings, and links
  • Articles appear in reverse chronological order in the mobile experience
  • Use for lineup announcements, practical info, partner spotlights

Partners & Sponsors

Showcase sponsors and partners with logos and links.

  • Upload partner logos
  • Add a link to the partner's website
  • Organize partners by tier (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze) using ordering
  • Partner visibility is tracked in analytics (Pro plan) — show sponsors their ROI

Map

Help attendees navigate your venue with an interactive map.

  • Custom overlay — upload your venue map image to overlay on the base map
  • Points of Interest — mark stages, food courts, toilets, medical, parking, and other locations
  • Each POI has a name, category icon, and optional description
  • Attendees can see their live location on the map (with GPS permission)

Social Media Links

Add links to your event's social media profiles. These appear as icons in the mobile experience.

  • Supported platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Spotify, website
  • Just paste the URL — Stagebly automatically detects the platform and shows the correct icon
