14-day Pro trial

Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro. During the trial you get full access to all Pro features — no credit card required.

  • The trial starts when you create your organization
  • At the end of 14 days, your organization downgrades to Free automatically
  • All your content is preserved — you just lose access to Pro features
  • Upgrade to Pro at any time during or after the trial

Annual billing

Save money by paying annually instead of monthly:

  • Pro annual — $490/year (save $98 compared to monthly billing)
  • Enterprise annual — $1,990/year (save $398 compared to monthly billing)
  • Switch between monthly and annual at any time from billing settings
  • When switching to annual, you're charged the prorated difference immediately

Upgrading and downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from Organization Settings → Billing.

  • Upgrade — takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrade — takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep Pro/Enterprise features until then.
  • If you downgrade and exceed Free tier limits (e.g., more than 10 artists), existing content is preserved but you cannot add new items until you're within limits.

Payment methods

Stagebly uses Stripe for payment processing. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • SEPA direct debit (EU)
  • Invoices are generated automatically and available in billing settings

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Your organization downgrades to the Free plan after that
  • All content is preserved — nothing is deleted
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore Pro/Enterprise features
